Canning Season
This we've been busy making strawberry freezer jam and homemade salsa. After 18 jars of strawberry jam and over 25 jars of salsa, I think we are set for a while. The kids were a big help, either mushing and eating strawberries, or playing well and helping each other while I chopped lots and lots of onions and peppers.
